MagicAsk: An AI-powered FAQ system for instant answers to common questions.
MagicSearch: An AI-powered search tool for websites.
MagicVoice: An AI-powered phone customer service solution.
MagicTeams: An AI-powered collaboration platform for teams.

3.1 Account Creation

You retain ownership of any data, documents, or materials you upload to the Services ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display it as necessary to provide and improve the Services.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or AI models of the Services.
• Use the Services to develop competing products or services.

6.1 AI-Generated Output
The Services may generate content, responses, or recommendations using artificial intelligence. You acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated output before relying on it.

6.2 Training Data
We may use anonymized and aggregated User Content to train and improve our AI models, provided it does not identify you or your business unless you explicitly consent otherwise.

You agree not to use the Services to generate harmful, misleading, or unethical content, including but not limited to misinformation, discriminatory material, or content that violates applicable laws.

7.1 Freemium Model
MagicSuite operates on a freemium model, offering basic features for free with optional paid tiered plans for premium features. Pricing and plan details are available on our website and may change with prior notice.

7.2 Payment Terms
You agree to pay all applicable fees for paid plans in the currency and timeframe specified. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to premium features.

7.3 Refunds
Fees for paid plans are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in our refund policy on the website.

8.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in your account settings.

8.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or if we discontinue the Services, with or without notice.

8.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends, and you must cease all use. We may retain User Content as required by law or for backup purposes.

9.1 No Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Makebot Co. Ltd., its affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

9.3 Service Interruptions
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Services and are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., internet outages, force majeure).

You agree to indemnify and hold Makebot Co. Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with exclusive jurisdiction in Seoul, South Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Seoul, South Korea, conducted in English or Korean (at our discretion), except where prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice within the Services. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with any additional terms for specific services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Makebot Co. Ltd. regarding the Services.

13.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

13.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
